1: What goes through your mind when you are going out for a one on one? I find sometimes I hesitate because I worry about getting hurt - do you have an approach for dealing with this?
I always had the approach to try and put the pressure on the striker by trying and make them make the decision where to put the ball. This means staying on your feet as long as possible. Many will just kick it at you for you to block. This will also mean your head is further away from their feet (danger). Good technique will reduce the risk of injury also.
2: What is your technique for a penalty shootout and how do you know where the player is going to go?
I used to guess ( as I did in 2009  ) as its very hard to read someone's mind. Make sure you commit to the side you choose.
3: What is your go to way to out for a one on one what technique do you use? Get out to narrow angle and then make sure you are set (not moving) before striker shoots.
4: What stretches do you do before and after a training/game. Dynamic stretching before training/games. Static stretching after.

I hope this is useful. Best of luck with your project!
