Question One: If you are in a situation where the game is super close and there is not much time left, do you become super intense or do you try to stay more calm? What works best for you?
Answer: I always try to stay calm when I play. Sometimes it is very hard to do that, especially when the game is close and there is not much time remaining. When I am in this situation I like to take a deep breath and try and focus on making the right play..
Question Two: When you first started playing professional basketball, where you worried about what your teammates thought of you? Did you think they would get mad at you if you made mistakes?
Answer: Yes, I did think about what my teammates thought. I am playing on the same team with other very good basketball players. I have to trust the work that I have put in to get to this point and also trust in my abilities. It is important for me to remain confident and not allow myself to have a mindset of fear.
Question Three: Do you get nervous before big games? If so, how do you manage your nerves?
3. I do get nervous sometimes. I just try to take a deep breath and trust in my ability. It's just another game at the end of the day and I have been doing this for my whole life. Every time I play its just another chance to prove myself.
